All properties will require at least one months rent and deposit, some may be more than this

• 1 Month deposit and 1 Months rent to move in

Deposits

• Following move out and property being returned in satisfactory condition the deposit will then be returned

Moving in

• Upon moving in we will contact utility providers to provide them with your detail and up to date meter readings. We strongly advise that you do the same to ensure that they have the correct details
• Moving in can normally take at least a week after the referencing is complete.

Rent

• The rent is due monthly payable by yourselves and must reach is not later than your rent due date
