FULL TIME SALES NEGOTIATOR
(OTE £22,000 - £25,000 pa)
We are looking to recruit an experienced sales negotiator with the drive and confidence required to flourish in an independent agent. Your role will include meeting and greeting potential vendors and purchasers in the office, dealing with telephone enquiries, arranging and following up viewings, arranging sales valuations, selling related services including financial services, maintaining client contact and progressing sales to completion. New business generation is paramount to the success of the agency and your best endeavours will be anticipated at all times! An exciting and ever changing role, with no two days alike.

FULL TIME VALUER
(OTE £26,000 - £31,000 + Company Car)
Working with the City Centre office premises, you will be experienced in both sales and lettings with a proven track record as a Valuer. Covering Nottingham City Centre and the suburbs, extending to the villages; your knowledge of the local market will be extensive. Our Valuer will attend both sales and lettings valuations, providing accurate information to the client and ensuring that this is reflected in correspondence following their visit. It is vital that the individual is highly organised and motivated since the role will rely on you being capable of running a busy diary which demands time is split between the office and visits to clients. Excellent communication skills are an absolute must to carry out this role to the very highest standard, with the need to be able to impart information to the public and your colleagues in a clear and helpful manner.

LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR
(Salary to be discussed, subject to experience)
An office based role, our Lettings Administrator will provide support and back up to our lettings negotiators and valuer. Taking responsibility for the processing of tenancy applications, the accurate preparation of contracts, deposit registration, as well as overseeing move in appointments, the administrator will also take care of Tenant Landlord liaison. General administrative tasks in the office will be necessary to help ensure the smooth day to day running of our lettings team. With varied tasks in a busy environment, you will need to be able to organise your time efficiently, have an eye for detail and be able to work as part of team.

INVENTORY CLERK
(Salary to be discussed, subject to experience)
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk who is able to compile extensive and accurate inventories prior to the commencement of tenancies, to complete inspections throughout the duration on tenants contracts and report back to the Landlords. The role will also involve carrying out inspections as tenants leave properties at the end of the tenancies and, where necessary, deal with disputes relating to deposits. Clearly the individual filling this position will need to be thorough and accurate in all aspects of their work, able to communicate clearly and to present information in a concise but effective manner.
