Leading Ruddington and Clifton, Denise is very hands on - with a keen eye for detail and great passion for the property market.
Denise has worked in the industry for over 24 years. She has vast experience within the East Midlands area, working for over 17 years in the Borough of Rushcliffe, starting her career in New Homes and then progressing as a Senior Sales Negotiator and Office Manager, This knowledge and expertise has helped many purchasers move smoothly to their new homes.
Denise has adopted a quiet and professional approach with all her negotiations. She is committed to providing customer care and client satisfaction, and is very keen to adapt to the ever changing market place.
Denise lives locally and has two grown up children. In her spare time she enjoys long walks in the countryside with her border terrier.
Bex studied Fashion and Textile Design at university, during this time she was lucky enough to be offered a placement within a New York fashion house.
After returning back to the normality of being a farmer’s daughter, Bex looked to follow in her mother’s footsteps within the property industry. Following a full renovation of her own home, her love for property became stronger. Bex start commenced work with Thomas James on the opening day of the Clifton branch. Previously working in the city centre within Student letting, she decided it was time for a new challenge.
In her spare time Bex enjoys going to the gym and retail therapy.
Having grown up in Nottingham, Iqraa attended her local secondary school in West Bridgford, continuing her studies at High Pavement Sixth Form College, where she achieved A levels in English Combined, History and Sociology. Iqraa progressed her studies further with three years at Nottingham Trent University - achieving a degree in Sociology.
Whilst at university, Iqraa took on a busy part time role at her local Post Office in Lady Bay. On completion of her degree, Iqraa felt that she would like to use the skills she acquired from this job, plus those learned during studies, and seek employment in the property industry.
Iqraa joined the Thomas James team in 2018, and is enjoying developing her skills in a demanding, but rewarding role, within a thriving branch.
