We have introduced the above service following a survey carried out by thomasjames, which indicated that our let only clients didn’t want the responsibility of registering the deposit and having the confrontation at the point of move out with the tenants. Since launching this service we have dealt with many disputes on behalf of our landlords.
Insurance
thomasjames can provide you with information on a range of insurance products including buildings, contents, fixtures and fittings which can include tenant damage cover. We can also offer a comprehensive insurance against non payment of rent.
