Before moving in
- Our landlords require a minimum of one months rent in advance.
- A deposit equivalent to one months rent plus £100 will be required as a minimum.
Deposits
- Following move out and the property being returned in satisfactory condition along with receipt of final utility bills the deposit will then be returned.
Moving in
- Upon moving in we will contact utility providers to provide them with your details and up to date meter readings. We strongly advise that you do the same to ensure that they have the correct details.
- Moving in can take at least a week after the referencing is complete.
Rent
- The rent is due monthly payable by yourselves and must reach us no later than your rent due date.
Insurance
- Tenants must provide their own contents insurance. If you require assistance on arranging this, please contact Sonia Shortland on 0115 950 0200.
