Cotgrave property: Hundreds turn out for launch of new homes development

A flagship housing development in Cotgrave has been launched to hundreds of house hunters.

Homes at Hollygate Park, the Barratt and David Wilson Homes development off Hollygate Lane in Cotgrave, are now available to buy following a launch event held at nearby Nottinghamshire Golf Club, which was attended by around 300 people.

Five homes were reserved on the night and Jan Ruston, sales director at Barratt, said: "Hollygate Park is an excellent new development and is quickly becoming one of the most popular in our portfolio. The fact that so many homes were snapped up at our launch event shows that homebuyers don't want to miss out on the opportunity to live in such a fantastic location."

Steve Smith, sales director at David Wilson, said: "We've had great feedback on Hollygate Park so far and look forward to launching our show homes in the coming months."

The development stands on the site of the former Cotgrave Colliery and is part of the Cotgrave regeneration project. Once completed it will provide two, three, four and five-bedroom homes designed specifically for the development.
