Home Sale Network, a national network of independent estate agents across England, Scotland and Wales has exceeded the national average for customer satisfaction, according to responses received following a recent survey conducted by The Property Academy amongst UK based estate agents.

The annual Home Moving Trends Survey, now in its fourth year, invited many UK based estate agents to take part with the aim of identifying the reasons behind home movers’ actions. The data is then used to improve estate agents’ customer service. The survey results state that 84% of sellers who have actively engaged an estate agent in the last 12 months would be happy to recommend them to a friend. After inviting their customers to complete the survey, Home Sale Network were delighted to find that their member agents collectively received an even higher score of 87% of customers who would be happy to recommend them.

The survey also revealed that agents of the Network also ranked higher than the survey’s national average when rated by their customers for their knowledge, communication and personal service; qualities that each member requires to be invited onto the Network.

The survey also indicated that when deciding which agent to instruct with the sale of their home, finding an agent that home movers instinctively trusted was a top priority.
