With the academic year reaching its end, the Student population of Nottingham is on the move. The first two weeks of July are filled with move out inspections at student homes as parents arrive to collect their family and belongings and house keys are returned to the office!

Thomas James Director Tom Reynolds accompanied by Student Property Manager Marcus Russell have taken responsibility for these inspections. Marcus commented that “to date the visits have provided plenty of evidence that properties have been well maintained by the groups of students and the Landlords themselves”.

The properties will be full again in August with new students arriving to take up their places at Nottingham’s popular Universities, and Thomas James are delighted to have increased their Student Portfolio to in excess of 300 rooms. Existing Landlords have presented us with some superbly refurbished homes and new Landlords, impressed with the way in which Thomas James have acted and achieved within the Student Market, have put their own property in our hands.

Dealing only with exceptional quality Student Homes, Thomas James have been able to attract the very best Tenants and we hope the academic year 2011 – 2012 will prove as successful as the previous year.
