At long last we are now settled in our new home ........ It’s been a long and difficult journey for us and we would just like to express our gratitude to Jessica, Lucie, Sarah and the rest of the team at Thomas James for the help and support in the last few months. There have been times during this whole process when we felt we were surrounded by incompetence and indifference, but the staff at Thomas James have always been positive and supportive throughout. Absolutely amazing. We had a particularly difficult purchase ....... But throughout Iqraa was a super star. Helpful, prompt and easy to talk to, her knowledge and relationship building with us and the sellers basically kept the sale going.

We were highly satisfied with all aspects of our dealings with the staff of Thomas James Ruddington when selling our house recently. We really appreciated the professionalism with which Denise, Ryan, and their colleagues handled our sale. Ours was not an easy transaction because the first two sets of buyers suddenly decided to drop out after having agreed a price and bought subject to contract, but on both occasions Ryan and the team moved very quickly to ensure that our property went back on the market without delay. Communications regarding viewings were always clear and timely throughout the process. We had every confidence that our sale would proceed to a successful conclusion and would have no hesitation in recommending these estate agents to others who are looking to make a move. Fantastic team! We initially called two estate agents to provide us with a quote. We decided to go with another estate agent initially due to some unachievable but desirable sales speech and they were slightly more expensive!! TJ representative spoke the truth and gave a honest realistic opinion, in hindsight we should have gone with TJ from the very start and would have been in a much better position from the start. However we learnt our lesson, went to TJ and they were fantastic, welcomed the business and worked ........hard to sell our house. Always kept us informed and were brilliant. I bought my home ........ through Thomas James, and from start to finish they were just wonderful So helpful, kind and reassuring - and really on the ball, even when the estate agent I was selling with had spectacularly dropped it! I had good viewings of properties, and then once my purchase was underway Jenny, Denise and Ryan were all so good chasing everything through. I'm very happy in my new home, but if I ever did want to sell, I know I would use Thomas James. (Sarah)

We can't speak highly enough of Denise and her team in the sale of our property. Their understanding of our needs and timeline to enable us buy our new property was exceptional. Denise was very responsive to any questions we posed and communicated with us on a regular basis, so we were always aware of what was happening. I first met Mike at TJ when he helped with a probate valuation for my parents' home. My experience with Mike's dealing with that led me to ask TJ to handle the eventual sale of the house. All the staff I have either met or spoken to on the phone have been very professional and so helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Mike, Jasmine, Jess and of course Shannon who is currently efficiently managing the sale (sorry if I missed anyone out!). They respond promptly to queries, are nice and friendly to deal with and of course know the local area very well. I would certainly recommend using TJ if you want to sell your house

Ryan has been welcoming, friendly and professional throughout the buying process of our property through Thomas James. Ryan and I were having twice weekly chats to keep me updated on the process and in each and every call, Ryan was ever helpful and really made us feel at ease, even when things were being delayed or issues came up. We were really impressed with how Ryan managed our purchase and would use him again for any future house purchases. We have found buying a house can be pretty stressful but with Ryan's help and support, the process was more than manageable. I'd like to personally thank Ryan for everything he has done to get this over the line. You have been fantastic! We owe you a beer or three when we are out of this!
